Temporary Store Regulation

Issued regulation Implementing Law no. 82 of 30 May 2022

San Marino, like other large cities, is ready to welcome Temporary Stores. These are time-limited shops with the aim of promoting a new product, testing a business idea, or boosting an advertising campaign. Temporary stores are opportunities that allow entrepreneurs to connect with consumers in a more original and personalized manner, creating a unique customer experience compared to traditional shops.

Time-Shops can be set up in town centres, in public or private spaces/locations, for a maximum of 60 days or in shopping centres for a maximum of 120 days in a year.

Authorization to operate is issued by the Economic Development Agency – Chamber of Commerce upon submission of an application.
