What it consists of:
A tachograph card is a smart card that interacts with the digital tachograph for storing information on drivers’ driving and rest times.
It allows you to identify the person working with the tachograph, whether this is a driver, a company that owns the vehicle, or a supervisory authority.
It also contains a data retention system for operations performed with the tachograph.
