REGISTER OF ENTITIES QUALIFIED TO INSTALL PLANTS
Who it is for:
Companies set up in the Republic of San Marino carrying out the installation, conversion, extension and maintenance of plants covered by Law No. 148/2005 are required to register in the Register of Qualified Entities and to appoint a technical manager. Registration is also necessary for the issuing of declarations of conformity.
What it consists of:
The Register and the Roll include the list of entities qualified to install, transform, extend and service the plants indicated in art. 1 of Law no. 148/2005.
